  My experience with Grantham Reality as a tenant, property owner, and seller for over 10 years has been nothing less than flawless! Their attention to detail in record keeping of contracts to noting damages within the home for the overall protection of the home owner / tenant, and genuine care for their clients. As with all homes things break and accidents happen, it didn’t matter what time of day action was always taken to fix the problem. To be honest, I didn’t fully appreciate the extent of their services provided until I was on the other side of the coin as a property owner using them to manage my own rental property. The same process in screening tenants, record keeping and simple communication on what was going on just to say “everything is fine and handled” has made me look back and realize the most important thing you can experience as a tenant or home owner comes down to one “peace of mind”. Simply put Jacob and Shelly Grantham relentlessly work for their clients and it shows! I highly recommend anyone that is looking to rent, needs a property managed, buy or sell a home Rankin Grantham & Associates should be your first and only choice! Thank you both for everything you do for your clients and this community!

  My wife and I used Rankin Grantham & Associates to buy our home. Jake was attentive, responsive, and professional throughout the buying process. He was happy to answer all our questions and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. Additionally, he went out of his way to assist us with a water test on our new home. Jake advocated for us throughout the negotiation to make sure we were getting the best price on our home. The closing was seamless. It couldn't have been any easier. Thanks again!

  The worst realtor I have dealt with. I would never deal with him or his company again. He NEVER followed up with my landlord despite my landlord NEVER getting his email after they spoke on the phone. Also, within 10 minutes of him requesting paperwork from my landlord he sent me a denial email... Didn't even give my landlord time to send anything over to him or as much receive the email. He called myself and my landlord a "liar" because he couldn't find any information on my current home. And to add to all of this fun stuff... he looked up the wrong address in a completely different town but stated he spent hours on the report. Not too mention the trailer in the inside was nasty and dirty but yet he called it "VERY clean." I highly suggest not working with this man or his company.
